Mergers and acquisitions is one of the most important practices in Berdeja’s corporate area. Our work includes cross-border transactions, negotiated acquisitions and divestitures, private equity transactions, mergers and going private transactions, contested transactions, special committee assignments, acquisitions of financially troubled companies, restructurings and spin-offs. In addition, we often represent investment banking firms acting as financial advisors to acquirors and targets in M&A transactions.
