Lomas de Santa Fe, 01210 Ciudad de México in compliance with the provisions of the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (Ley Federal de Protección de Datos Personales en Posesión de los Particulares), its Regulation and Guidelines for the Privacy Policy (together, the “Law”), hereby provides this privacy policy (the “Privacy Policy”), which sets out the basis on which we may process any personal data collected from you.

All personal data obtained through verbal, written and/or any other means, may be used for several purposes, including (i) the provision of our services, (ii) providing our advisors, partners, clients, employees or professionals all the necessary information needed to carry out our businesses, and, if applicable, (iii) the implementation of our personnel recruitment process. For purposes of the foregoing, we require certain information, including, if applicable, the following data: name, gender, date of birth, place of birth, nationality, address, telephone, e-mail, as well as such information provided in connection with any recruitment process.

Furthermore, we inform you that your personal data may be transferred and used within and outside the country by third parties other than BA. In that regard, your information may be shared with third parties with whom we have a professional or business relationship with or services providers acting on behalf of BA and/or acting on your behalf, including the assumptions set forth in Article 37 of the Law. If you make no objection to the aforementioned personal data transferring, it shall be deemed as if you’ve granted your consent.

By agreeing to the terms of this Privacy Policy, BA may transfer your personal data to third parties, whether nationals or foreigners.

We hereby inform you that BA has all the necessary electronic and material support, as well as all technical and administrative security measures to protect and limit the use, access and disclosure of your personal data.
